Onwers can review, discuss, approve or reject maintenance requests via their mobile apps. They are also able to chat and video call with your team to discuss any maintenance questions they may have.
Post own jobs for yourproperties
Owners when using the mobile app can not only review tasks for their managed properties but can also post their own maintenance requests. This enables owenrs to have a value add by using the same trusted trades as the agency for their own maintenance tasks.
Where access is granted owners can see the timeline and all dealings related to maintenance. Owners feel part of the process when they are involved in the maintenance request.
Be Involved in Tradie Selection
If enabled, owners can review multiple quotes and either accept the job or one of the quotes. They can be sent the maintenance requests pre or post quotes and provide their feedback or approval on the request.
