Multiple Ways to Log Maintenance Tasks

Tenants can log maintenance via multiple methods in under 60 seconds, making it simple and easy to receive maintenance requests with all the details the trades need to quote or complete their tasks.

GPS tracking

If the tradie is using the mobile app and tradie tracker, tenants are notified when a tradie is on the way. A pop up with a map and duration until arrival appears for the tenant so they know when the tradie will arrive and can do other things aside from waiting at home.

Post Own Jobs for Non-property Manager Jobs

You may need a cleaner, gardener or perhaps there was some damage that they want to repair. You can use the same app and trusted trades as your team to get things done around your rental property.

Shared Scheduling

A schedule can be shared with the tenant by the awarded tradie so they can chose a time that best suits them. This removes your team from having to coordinate a time between the tenant and the tradie - they can quickly and easily do this themselves.
