Multiple ways to log maintenance tasks

Tenants can log maintenance via multiple methods in under 60 seconds, making it simple and easy to receive maintenance requests with all the details the trades need to quote or complete their tasks.

Shared scheduling

A schedule can be shared with the tenant by the awarded tradie so they can chose a time that best suits them. This removes your team from having to coordinate a time between the tenant and the tradie - they can quickly and easily do this themselves.

GPS tracking

If the tradie is using the mobile app and tradie tracker, tenants are notified when a tradie is on the way. A pop up with a map and duration until arrival appears for the tenant so they know when the tradie will arrive and can do other things aside from waiting at home.


By giving the tenants a voice and allowing them to provide feedback on the job you can ensure that the tenant is happy with their experience. The tradie knowing the tenant and your team can rate them usually results in a much higher standard of work completed.
